Growing up, Erin was inspired by her mother’s dedication—balancing a full-time career at the USPS while also working as a part-time real estate agent. This instilled in her a valuable lesson: always have an additional means of income. 

Erin pursued her passion for healthcare, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing. After the pandemic, she began her career in labor and delivery, but her desire to explore the world led her to travel extensively. During her travels, she gained firsthand experience in the demand for furnished housing, which reignited her interest in real estate. 

Determined to expand her knowledge, Erin joined a mentorship program in commercial real estate, where she developed expertise in underwriting and market analysis. She is always actively searching for properties, combining her passion for investing with the financial independence she always admired in her mother. 

With a strong foundation in both healthcare and real estate, Erin is committed to building a future that blends stability, growth, and opportunity.
